Follow some simple steps and you can get rid of trial version of windows 7 and activate it for lifetime:
1.Type “RUN” at start menu,and click on the search result.
2.Type Regedit and press enter.
3.now go to the location described below:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE–>SOFTWARE–>Microsoft–>Windows NT–>CurrentVersion–>SoftwareProtectionPlatform–>Activation
4.Now look at right side and right click on manual and click on modify..and change its value..if it is 1 then change to 0 and if 0 then change to 1.
5.Restart the computer and enjoy.

ok well i have tested this trick on windows ultimate successfully….for the case of enterprise do one thing open command window and move to system 32 folder which is in c drive and then type slmgr -rearm i.e. “”C:/Windows/system32/slmgr -rearm”” without quotes…then u will be ask to reboot and everything will be solved.
If the problem still exists tell me i will upload here a c++ file which will solve ur problem permanently.

C:/Windows/system32/slmgr -rearm , where should we use this plz tell clearly
startmenu>accesorries>cmd>rightclick and select Run as Adminisrator>
then you will find cmd main window with c:\windows\system32\
type here “cd\” press enter, type “slmgr -rearm” without quotes then press enter then you will ask for restart n proceed…

And to chk wheather it worked or not go to start and right click on my computer tab , go to properties…a new window will open and the end of that u will see actally what happened..!!

Well if u won’t update it the window will start prompting about the fake window now and then, and after few days the window will start making computer shut down in every 1 or 2 hour.

I have windows 7 pro 64 bit that had to be activated within 30 days I think, I missed this deadline and my screen is black and it is telling me this copy of windows is not genuine. I tried the registry modification but it did not work changing a 0 to 1. What should I do next?
