How to fix facebook error temporarily unavailable?
Many times we see a facebook error while we try to acess our facebook account saying
Account Temporarily Unavailable
Your account is currently unavailable due to a site issue. We expect this to be resolved shortly. Please try again in a few minutes.
Here the main culprit is cookies, and the problem can be fixed by deleting the cookies in your browser.
How to clear cookies on Crome?
■ Go to three dots on right side on top of browser
■ settings > privacy > clear beowsing data
How to clear Cookies on Firefox??
Go to Tools > Options > Privacy then click the link remove all cookies.
How to clear Cookies on Internet Explore??
Go to Tools > Internet Options > General Tab then in the browsing history click the delete button check cookies and click the delete button.
It will solve your problem and next time you will get your original account without an error message.
For facebook app
■ go to mobile settings
■ settings > apps > facebook > storage
■ click on clear cache
That’s it. This should resolve your problem.
Workaround if it still happens:
■ Go to facebook.com/home instead of facebook.com
■ Second option is to Use facebook business creator studio. Go to business.facebook.com/creatorstudio and there use it to post updates.
■ For a permanent fix, change the page role in your facebook page as admin via second step.

l can now see my business facebook on the creator version and gives me some usuage but limited. I am still unable to find full settings for example if I want to turn off reviews, I cant find it on creator and I still cannot find a facility to contact fb over these technical issues and one that has the ability for me to send them details to remove two fake reviews from my business FB page. From mobile log in I was able only to send them the limited click on report but so far nothing has happened.
I can log in on mobile phone but the settings for administration for review matters is not on it, the screen is too small and so I need full Laptop access to admin my page and deal with the review removal problem and Ive tried clearing cookies, history and google clean etc and nothing works. I cant even turn the review page off as mobile phone facebook business login appears to not have that feature

I’ve gone through all the cookie clearing etc. My problems started when I got a Windows 8 machine. Now I can’t log in to facebook from any of my machines, Windows 7, Windows 8, android phone, or android tablet.
Often it won’t even connect to facebook, let alone give me a login screen. Just get the server unavailable screen. Have tried ipconfig /flushdns.
I’d try to connect from my wife’s pc but am afraid that if I do she won’t be able to connect to facebook. My problem is now pre-facebook, though it only happens when I am trying to connect to facebook. Everything else works fine.

Thanks for your reply Deepak but I am unsure from your reply to my earlier urgent query as to which particular video you want me to watch. Your video is related to entering an alternative version of facebook administration either by personal account or through business account the creater video url video.
My account is a business one but creator is a temporary solution and although I can sign in using the creator link, this does not give me access to see the full visible page that everyone else sees viewing my business facebook page so I cannot administrate fully.
For example on the creator version, I cannot find the review section so I cannot administrate in that section. The creator versionprevents you from seeing the normal page layout that anyone looking at my business facebook can see normal. Please help.

Deepack, I am presuming you mean the same also in regard to business facebook accounts? I am confused with your reply because my account is a business facebook one, not a personal account. If I created my busines facebook , registering with Facebook my email and password then it must mean that when I sign into my business Facebook account, I am signing in as its administrator. However I cannot sign into my account for the reasons explained to you in my earlier email.
I also could not see a video reffering to how to make my profile the administrator and I do not understand what you mean as I cannot sign in to carry out such a task in creator.

Thanks for giving all details. First of all let me clear it out that now with recent changes in policy you can’t have a Facebook business account that means all fb pages account needs to be connected to a personal account so that your account can be stated as a gray account and to get full access to it you need to assign a personal account as page administrator under page roles.

After I clicked on news feed under the FB thumb up logo it just brings
up the log in page as you see below which wont accept my email and password

You are directing in the video to log in to facebook to adminster the problem when the actual problem is that I cannot login so how am I supposed to carry out that task and as explained throughout my historical messages to you recently. Your video also refers to a different message from the facebook where as mine states:
Your account is currently unavailable due to a site issue. We expect this to be resolved shortly. Please try again in a few minutes”
See the above message history and that your other videos do not solve the problem.
In law businesses are businesses . Personal accounts are nothing to do with businesses so I am struggling to understand how they can do that legally. I know of no other business with the same problem and they do not have to use a personal account to access their business account.

Further to my last message. I have checked the meaning of gray account and that is the term for shared logins but I do not have a shared login for my account. using a personal account details is not what I want to do as the facebook is a business accoutn for business.
